Alessandra Matilde Antonina Nivoli is Bachelor´s Degree in Medicine and Surgery at University of Sassari, Italy. She specialized in Psychiatry cum laude at the University of Sassari. She obtained a Master Degree at International Master in Affective Neuroscience at the University of Maastricht and Florence. She currently works as a professor assistant at the University of Sassari, and she works in the Barcelona Bipolar Disorders Program of the Hospital Clínic, focusing on different clinical trials and research projects.
